Upcoming Exhibits featuring Moons

Cirque Du Noir October 15, 2016 7pm tickets are $50 at the door.  The below painting was created for the fundraising event Cirque Du Noir, an all black masquerade celebrating the Worcester Art Community. The painting was inspired by the rare celestial event of a black moon which occurred on September 30th. This work will be part of the silent auction during this event.

Worcester Art Museum Faculty Exhibit, on view November 4, 2016 – January 19, 2017. Reception January 19, 5:30-7 in the Higgins Education Wing. This exhibit is free and open to the public. Waning Moon Waxing Eternity is a signature artwork on carved panel which uses landscape as a medium to explore human emotion and existence. This artwork was featured in the 2012 Visceral Murmurs exhibit at The Fruitlands Museum, curated by Michael Volmar.
