Artist statement for the exhibited work:

Statement for the work: The moon casts a glow activating the clouds in the night sky above a coastline marked by man; a jetty, streetlights, waterfront homes and businesses speckle light along the water. As humans we are predisposed to see this as a peaceful scene; one we have built to seek restorative inner calm. Yet there is a precariousness in the development of the coastline. I invite the viewer to ponder, what would you do if this scene was in your hometown, and each new storm washed away the roads?

stART at the Station

I will have a booth again this year at Worcester’s go-to holiday arts and crafts festival stART at the Station!  On display will be original oil paintings and signed giclee prints, alongside chic and collectable rustic ornaments. Although released for Christmas, customers who started collecting them in 2017 display them year round! This years addition: Edgartown Lighthouse at Sunset.
